Seizing property (through eminent domain) CAN be legal. Not sure if THIS declaration of eminent domain IS, however.
BUT, it DOES destroy the value of the Property for it's present lawful owners!!

Biden crushing Trump among seniors in latest Quinnipiac polls of Florida and PA voters:

•PA- Biden up 14 (Trump won 65+ in 2016 in PA by 20 points)
•FL- Biden leads Trump by 10 (2016 saw Trump win seniors in FL by 17 points)

What did those same polls say 4 years ago about this time?

Living in PA and being not that far from 65+, I'd bet my house Biden doesn't defeat Trump by 14% in that demographic.

Overall, the Fox + Monmouth + Quinnipiac state polls would seem to be quite consistent with Biden holding a 7-8 point national lead but Trump polling at more of a 4-6 point deficit in the tipping point states.

So when exactly are you going to stop addressing every single one of my posts, so I can stop replying to yours, or was that just more of your usual BS (lies)?
