I think if you went something like:
1) Alabama, Mississippi, Missouri
2) Indiana, Kentucky
3) Michigan, Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin
4) Asia, Russia, Caribbean, Mexico, Central America, Pacific Islands
5) Louisiana, Arkansas
6) Texas, Oklahoma, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota
I think all six of those combinations are the only ones that can be competitive with what is already off the board. I just think what is left isn't viable after I put builds together for existing option. They are also all geographically viable.
Thanks for the suggestions. Scottedward just took Arkansas-Missouri, but I will allow the Alabama-Mississippi combo.
As for Louisiana and Michigan, I think they can compete on their own. Even Indiana has Bird and Kemp at the top.
Kentucky looks pretty decent on their own. If anything, should've combined them with Tennessee.
Thought there would be better players from Minnesota, Iowa, and even Texas. Will look at some other combos and update the forum soon!
