I have a guy with 0 patience and 60 make up. Does he loose a lot if I demote him? I've never had a guy with that low of patience that I cared about his development.

I have had one guy with 0. Signed him as an IFA, assigned him to AA, then the team got knocked out in the first round of playoffs so I dropped him to HiA for the rest of their playoff run. Lost two points off almost everything. He got it all back eventually, but...

If he got it back eventually, does that mean he lost out on higher potential ratings?
