No.
Since you will be Cutting 1 every season you could have 1 player have only 1 season, use it, then have that player your Cut. A player like Al Rosen comes to mind for me. He's really only got 1 great season. You could draft him, use that season and then Cut him at the end of the season.
Keep in mind that 5 of your other 6 Exclusives would have to have eligible seasons for the next year. Players with a smaller number of seasons will have to be managed correctly since you will always retain 5 of the 7 for the next season. Of course you have no control over who your 2nd Cut will be.

Currently there is no plan for a blacklist for non-exclusive Teams. That is something we could work into the rules but we would vote on that if the league develops and enough owners want to implement some form of a blacklist rule.

Fair enough...I just envision some "cookie" teams getting used over and over again.

I would like to join. I would throw my vote to blacklist teams that go to the WS, but that is not a condition to play.

Can the exclusive 7 be used more than 7 seasons if they happen to *miss* getting cut ?
