Some of it is a little sweet but yes they are a good country group.

Before Elvis , the king, died he would sometimes brandish his gun in his house and shoot it off to get the attention of his fiance.

Yes I am an unabashed Beatles/ solo Beatles fan but I want to shout out the incredible cool artwork of McCartney 3.

Funny you should say that....btw I have 12 to go.
ive never really listened to rush but the other day I heard an instrumental jam track and I didn’t know what it was and it turned out to be rush and I was dutily impressed......I thought it was great.
I have always loved the movie I love you man and that movie opened me up to rush.

Post your 15.
some people like Chuck berry and some people prefer bo diddly.
there is no right answer.
it is all a matter of preference and not necessarily “taste”
im an amateur critic but not an elitist.

I also want to see rsp top 15.
will there be black flag......Black Sabbath.......descendants.........Motörhead...
I want to see that list.
I want to see the legit list of bagchucker
and dahsdebater.
Doug likes a lot of good stuff.I want to see his list

it is about career artists with 5 or more studio albums so a Jimi Hendrix or Janis Joplin would not be included.
Simon and Garfunkel could be an artist and Paul Simon can be a separate artist for an example.

The guys in Rush are all great musicians(well, were in Neal Peart's case) and while I like some of their songs, they never really did much for me. (sorry, Kermit)

I also had some trouble "getting" Rush. But the guys in the band I managed were all huge Rush fans...
Years later, I picked up a CD of Rush knocking off a few covers. 8 song EP IF I remember right.
It had Rush covering the Who (The Seeker), "Summertime Blues", "For What's It's Worth","The Soul", "Crossroads" for four of the tracks.
(EDITED: Guess that was 5 songs! Can't count this AM)

It enlightened me. Those boys can PLAY!!!
Still have a bit of trouble with Geddy Lee's vocals though.
I think it's about tonality for me.
