To the best of my knowledge it's only been dismissed never factually refuted . It's fun making jokes at Giuliani's expense and all, but I actually watched the hearings, listened to the witnesses, and heard about the thousands of sworn affidavits they have that were taken under oath. Some very credible people had some very distressing stories - including out and out racism against white poll watchers in Wayne County. I have not once seen any of these claims refuted on a factual basis - people just cite vague reassurances by fact checkers that there is no evidence of widespread voter fraud. The problem is , though, that there is! And I've seen nobody make an intellectually honest argument that refutes the evidence that has been given.

Bill Barr said there was no widespread voter fraud. There.

Give me specific evidence. The burden of proof is on you. We cannot prove a negative.

If you have so much "evidence" then why wouldn't the SCOTUS even HEAR it? If you have so much "evidence" why hasn't anyone SEEN it or presented it IN COURT. You can write paragraph upon paragraph of stuff that you THINK sounds intelligent and makes sense but the bottom line is that YOU HAVE NOTHING or it would have come out. The Repubs have as much proof of voter fraud as the Dems do of a Russian connection to Trump. Both sides need to STHU and start worrying about this Country and it's people.

Real question; I'm skimming this report. Did guitarguy actually read it? If so, just quote a line from the evidence section of the report that proves fraud.

I'm reading the document, and the evidence is extremely shoddy all around.

For example, let's look at the section titled, "Fake Ballot Manufacturing and Destruction of Legally Cast Real Ballots."

Here, the evidence is:
1. A UPS driver says he drove ballots from NY to Penn. We have no context around this, it's never been testified in court, it's literally just a UPS driver so he might have no idea what is going on, and the same guy claims that he also saw ghosts, so maybe not the best witness.
2. A photo in Pennsylvania somehow suggests that a person used a USB drive to put ballots onto a machine, we're supposed to believe one unnamed person that this both happened and is out of order with the normal procedure.
3. A box of ballots was seen on video at a counting station in Arizona. We're supposed to disregard the vast majority of evidence that this is NBD for no reason at all, because while Navarro brings up the debunks, he does not challenge them. He just says, "be skeptical lol."
4. One allegation from one court case in Arizona that ballots were destroyed; the case was tossed out by a judge because "“Plaintiffs append over 300 pages of attachments, which are only impressive for their volume... The various affidavits and expert reports are largely based on anonymous witnesses, hearsay, and irrelevant analysis of unrelated elections.”

This is a key claim in the report, and all of the evidence for it is either debunked or obviously unreliable.

It is still early. How many Trump campaign officials were indicted a month before he took office? LOL

That being said I believe there was fraud but not enough to overturn this election. The country obviously wants to move left. Question is how far left. That is TBD.

It is still early. How many Trump campaign officials were indicted a month before he took office? LOL

I'll be waiting. Once you get a couple of indictments, then we can talk about an equal amount of proof.
