I like the Sutton pick. I almost went that route instead. This is one of those leagues that picking near the end is an advantage. If trades were allowed, I would try to move down to 23rd or 24th.

Having taken Bob Gibson, I loathe that Sutton pick. Ugh.

Having taken Koufax, I loathe both of your picks.

Picking late is a huge plus. Having an early pick definitely had an impact on my plan.

I feel like the Don Sutton pick tells me I was right in my reasoning to go early era.

I'm also shocked Nap Lajoie lasted so long. I almost took him at 4.

I thought about him and Joss but i decided to go modern instead.

I was surprised Joss lasted as long as he did

I really wanted to go modern era because there are fewer teams to compete against, but I just couldn't pass up Lajoie.

Me also. I almost took him at #2.

I examined 4 possible picks. There is so much to consider. If I had pick 24 it would have been much easier as at that point you would know with more certainty if you are NL or AL and probably even your division. You can probably guess one of the other options I considered. I will share the others later.
