How to reset tandem rotation? Topic

I have a starting rotation that is entirely comprised of tandems. How can you break out of that tandem cycle? I get error messages no matter how I try to work it. The starter is always locked in as an "A" tandem, and if you have a "A" tandem, it requires you to have a "B" assigned. Also, unless I am missing something, there is no other configuration that works. For instance, if I am currently on my #3 tandem, I can't change my #1 and #2 to regular starters to break the tandem. Anybody have any insight? Maybe I'm just dumb.

'Starters' have to be ordered first. So set a 'Starter 1' while selecting 'rest' for 'Tandem 1A/1B'

I personally never set tandems to 1A/1B just so I have more flexibility

Add a Starter 4, change the tandems not in use. It will require a few adjustments.

this will not work, you can't have a starter 4 after a tandem

Area51man, if Tandem 3A is your next scheduled starter, you can definitely set a Starter 1 or Starter 2 or both. just make sure you are changing the guys currently at Tandem 1B and Tandem 2B to some relief role.

Also, if you don't want to lock in anyone as the second half of the tandem, a hack is to put a fatigued pitcher as the B tandem and then set their auto rest higher than their current fatigue level, effectively making the Tandem A a Starter
