I am looking for a mentor to help me with recruiting. I am needing some advice. Especially on attention points.

I’m sure lots of folks would be willing to chat over site mail. There is a mentor list pinned at the top, I think most of the users are still active. To the guys who reach out to me, I usually suggest talking to a few different people to get different perspectives. It’s good to have different tools in your toolkit.

I'd reach out to a few. It depends what you're looking to do. The discord server is also full of people willing to help. If your main interest is D3, feel free to SM me. If you're looking to thrive at the higher divisions I'd recommend perusing that mentor list to see if there's anyone who specializes in D2/D1.
