Are these times when our clock starts or when we have to have the pick in by. Am I on the clock now or at 1? I noticed some people were skipped. Is that ok?

your time slot starts at 1. you can pick anytime after 1 regardless if the person before you has picked or not. once you pick, the person after you can pick right away even if it's not their time slot yet. that's how we can get ahead in the draft.

rjk2781's time slot was 12. He picked at 12:10. The 2 people before him who hadn't picked yet missed their time slot and so were skipped over. Yes, that's ok because they missed their time slot. They can still pick anytime. Once rjk2781 picked the owner after him picked right away...because it was his turn after rjk, even though it was before his time slot.
