Ticket to admin Topic

I used to be able to access my ticket history but can’t seem to find it now. Where is it hidden? It should be right there. Shouldn’t have to work to see it

After you go to *knowledge base*, and then *sign in*........... *my requests* will be under your name.

I found by first going here:

https://www.whatifsports.com/locker/lockerroom.asp

Then clicking Support Tickets under the My Account menu

Then for some reason you have to click Sign In in the top right of the page, and they come up

It only showed ticket request from over a year ago. For some reason I feel like they are not going through

I sent in a ticket and also no answer yet can someone who gets through reach out to them.

I agree it's not set up very well, and I also can't see my recent tickets anywhere on the site. But are you guys checking your email? Seems to me all the tickets have been handled off-site for a while now.

https://help.whatifsports.com/hc/en-us/requests (there's the URL, you may have to login).

Directions to get there are:
1) In the top right corner click on your icon and a drop down will show up, select 'Help'.

2) You will then be taken to the customer support site where you might be prompted to login. Once you get logged in your user name will be in the top right corner, click on it and a drop down will appear and select 'My requests'.

3) Poof there are your historical tickets.

Additionally I was able to look up your ticket history in a matter of minutes, in which the World Series tickets were there. This for sure, is a gap in the members knowledge of the site since some folks don't know how to look up their tickets. I am not sure how to solve the issue because that documentation on how to do that would exist on the customer support site in the knowledge base, where the group is having trouble accessing.

I am open to suggestions on how to educate folks, but there really is only so much we can do because the whole ticketing process is centralized.

I think my ticket responses are going to wrong e Mail address I’ve already advised but I think it is still happening.

adlorenz, I followed your directions and the most recent ticket I see is from 9 months ago. Whereas I just sent in a ticket about a day and a half ago, and it's not there (got a response via email, though).

Dino27 they are not going to your old email, the previous situation was because your account was assigned to a different email address and we have since changed it, per your request. If you have ever unsubbed from anything SportsHub related it won't send, but your tickets will still exist on the site I provided.

crazystengel, I just imitated you and your recent ticket was in there try clearing your cache/cookies.

Yeah, it seems odd we have to clear cookies to access our tickets. We don't need to do that to see new forum posts or new sitemails.
