Salaries have been frozen since before the 2018 player launch. I think that's accurate. It was announced by seble that dynamic pricing was under review. It was never revived. Admin's new regime is reviewing the entire process

Dynamic salaries spun out of control, but I guess it does reflect reality!

A shared Google sheet so my partner and I can work off a list of potential draftees. Nothing close to what I've seen people use for more complicated drafts!

We do a lot of texting. I don't think we've actually talked. Strange world, ain't it?

My partner is at a disadvantage, I don’t text, or own a cell phone, so we do it all by site mail.

Hilltopper and I are very old school. We've done a few of these plus countless theme and progressive leagues, seemingly drafting the same types of players. We work the draft center to a froth.

Dilligafdbp doesn't possess a cell phone either. There's a few of you dinosaurs out there.

So when the draft gets slow, just assume someone out there is using Morse code or semaphore? OK, got it.

You are conjuring up some painful memories now.

We just sitemail. In most cases we're on the same page

I think I sent a sitemail earlier in the draft that had no body text and the subject of "Snuffy?" and got the response "yep."

d_rock and i use sitemail. FWIW we engage in debate and analysis before we usually say, well, this guy did well for me in the past so lets pick him. :) Our sitemail thread is humongous.
