I almost picked Welch earlier but pivoted last minute. Slightly surprised he's still here. Interesting mix of short term and long term strategies.

I agree. I think it will take us all 2-3 seasons to fully figure out the strategic variations due to first having 64 players off-limits, including many of the very best in the league, and then having only ten keepers each season from draftees, plus having players you may draft that could end up in a later season being the Core 4 for someone else.
