All 6 teams over .500 and within 10 wins of each other...consistency

I wonder if we’re late enough into the season that going 3-3 in every cycle like I’ve been doing isn’t gonna knock me out of the top 24

I know all these 3-3 cycles are gonna keep me out...

With 100+ games still to be played there are a dozen or more teams still with a shot of making it in...

My teams completely nose dived

Hey everyone

Apologies for being largely MIA during the second half of Round 1 here. For context, the cofounder of my company spent 45 days in the hospital with a terrible medical issue. He's, thankfully, fine now and out of the hospital but I haven't been able to maintain my own teams, let alone check in on everything here. Needless to say, a lot more of the business fell onto my shoulders as a result and, coupled with having just gotten married, I simply haven't had time for any hobbies (let alone much sleep).

I'll be able to read through all comments and keep the standings updated going forward, starting tomorrow. I'll have Round 2 themes out by sometime next week (not this week).

I now have two last place teams that are above .500...one by 11 games.

It is eminently possible that I will end the season with all 6 of my teams over .500 but none of my teams in the playoffs.

There is also a less likely, but still significantly non-zero, possibility that I will end up with exactly one team below .500, with that team being my only team to make the playoffs.

Only 3 of the Top 10 teams were pre-ranked in the Top 10

A week back, I was in the top 10 with 5 projected playoff teams. Since then, the 6th team fought its way into a playoff spot, at the expense of two of my other teams dropping from a playoff spot with huge losing streaks. Wonder if playing under .500 ball the rest of the way will knock me out the cage.

All 3 of my playoff teams are 2-8 in their last 10, and my other contender had an awesome L9…I sure do love the randomness of what if that isn’t so random after playing for a dozen years now.

With 6 games to go, I could wind up with anywhere from 2 to 6 playoff teams. I’ve got one tied for 1st, one a game out, and two two games out. Crazy.

I just want to say that this tournament was a hell of a good time. Definitely a learning experience for me. I felt like one of those PGA course pro's that gets to play with the real PGA tour stars. Congrats to the teams that are making the round 1 playoffs and best of luck in round 2.

In the last 20 games, my 3 (for now!) playoff teams are a combined 21-39. My worst non playoff team (.464 w%) is 16-4, my 2nd worst non playoff team (.495) is 15-5.

That happened to me once barracuda - was so ******, took me a month to get over it.

too many good owners on the cusp with 4 playoff teams. will be tough for teams with 3 playoff teams to advance...
