Since thejuice6 is busy, I will go ahead and open this thread so we can get started with the top 16 picks...

Round Two: We’re making a few adjustments to the beginning of this round. Here’s what we’re going to do:
The owners of the top sixteen draft picks have been determined. They are:
(01) SCHWARZE
(02) JTPSOPS
(03) PEDROCERRANO
(04) REDCPED
(05) SCHWARZE
(06) REDCPED
(07) PEDROCERRANO
(08) SCHWARZE
(09) REDCPED
(10) KSTOBER
(11) DARNY10
(12) REDCPED
(13) MARKEKING
(14) SCHWARZE
(15) REDCPED
(16) CALHOOP
A draft will be set up for them to pick which side (A.L. or N.L.) of which league (1 through 8) they want to be in. Also, there's no requirement that one of each of the sixteen has to go in it's own league. In other words, if someone take the first pick in the N.L. of League Eight, one of the other first 15 owners might decide that pick two in the N.L. of League Eight is better for them instead of pick one in one of the other leagues.
Once the first sixteen owners have decided which league they want in, I’ll set up the draft boards for each of the drafts and we’ll complete each league’s draft in the original 1-12, 12-1 draft order. There will actually be two drafts per league (A.L. and N.L.). The first draft is where everyone will pick (in the 1-12, 12-1 order) which position in their draft they want. Once we have the draft orders, the second draft (also in 1-12, 12-1 order) will be where you pick your combo’s.
I would imagine most people, when it’s their turn to pick, will pick the highest draft spot available to them in whatever league/draft they’re in but maybe not all will. One may determine that a league that's available has four or five equivalent pitching staffs and you don't care which of the five you get - so you may want to pick 5th in that draft which would move you up for a (supposedly) better pick for your hitting combo. Since the drafting of the second picks is going in reverse order, this could determine quite a bit as far as strategy.
