60m is way high - might as well not have a cap at all - no worries doesn't seem like there is much interest anyway

That’s because the cap is too low. How can you get any quality players with a low cap like that?

With the efg and assists restrictions, raising the cap would make the elite teams be virtually identical -boring-.

I would play but I think it will be hard/impossible to fill. It seems almost impossible to fill a league anymore.If you do start one I will hop in.

This is somewhat similar to an idea I had for a league. In one conference, all players must be < 50% efg. In the other, all players must be < 50 def. Cap would be 50-55.
