Someone needs to ask the DA why he passed one of the most high profile cases of our generation off to the ADA. I have a feeling that it was because he knew he didn't have a case.
Could be something there legally where he wasn't allowed to be a lead prosecutor. IDK.
Maybe the DA told the ADA "everyone takes a beating sometime"
I have no idea why anyone would speculate as to why the Ada of Knisha instead of the Da would handle the case. Could be a hundred reasons even that the Da felt that Ada is the best litigator.
This is the equivalent of Kirby Smart handing the National Championship game this season to Matt Luke.
I sure as hell hope Binger is not a better litigator than the DA. He was utterly brutal. I swear it felt like he was intentionally throwing the trial. I said as much on here early in the trial.
I don’t know how one cannot leave out the factoring in of a judge who kept out a statement by Rittenhouse that he wanted to shoot people vandalizing property.
The statement was either 3 weeks or 3 months before - I don’t remember which - and the judge said it was too old.
It could have allowed for a different shaping of the case and often times a jury takes its lead from a judge and this judge acted wacky.
Again it is a town or a small city of just about 100,000 people and many DAs run on their policy making and administration of the office and many do not try cases throughout the country.
It is an irrelevant issue.
