Well, as much as I'd like to take a less expensive player to keep my draft position high, I really don't want to get stuck rostering Frank White, Freddie Patek or Paul Splittorff.

One could argue that Ken Caminiti is a better choice over George Brett. Same position, more plate appearances, weak franchise, way cheaper. Hmmm... I looked at Caminiti... why didn't I take him instead of Brett?
