I mean, yeah, I guess it is good to win. But to shatter the regular season wins record and then only get a single friggin' team in the finals feels like a total failure. Somehow that failure supersedes any of the joy I would otherwise feel from winning.

I believe you are right. I am disappointed in my own playoff performance - can't believe the only team I have in the Finals is the one that made it. The playoffs have been nuts with upsets galore. We all want to win, but I am happy with second or third, especially considering when building the 5 teams, I got very frustrated - I also thought I'd end up with 200 - 225 regular season wins, so I performed better than expectations.

I've been a bit disappointed by my playoff performances as well - though teams centered around Duncan and Dr J do kind of scream "high floor, low ceiling" idk

A) Shouldn’t we do Savage VIII before we move on to Savage IX?
B) I can not believe that Rob, who has absolutely no idea what he is doing, has won Savage twice in a row. He has to be the luckiest guy ever. It will be interesting to see if he gets lucky three seasons in a row.

nah no way...the regular season performance is more impressive imo...5 50+ win teams? crazy

playoffs are a minefield...lotta capable teams and gerrys wreaking havoc

10 finals teams and not a single person with more than 1.... that is a first. Truly the most SAVAGE season ever.
