I agree, good to get it right so they aren't dealing with a ton of individual tickets. That said, it's still good customer service to manage expectations and, you know, maybe just post a note like "hey folks, sorry, we're still working on this!" (especially since a Monday fix was sort of suggested)
Yeah I guess I read that as Monday was when they would be working on it, so I read the world schedule and saw Thursday as the updated new rollover date (projected, I’m assuming), with new signups, etc. I can understand the confusion though, and agree more communication is preferable in this situation, certainly from the customer perspective.
ETA - after I completed this, I noticed the world has been removed from opening page. They’re obviously doing something significant ATM.
