If that were to happen, everyone would be complaining about excessive fouls/FTAs. The number of fouls in a WIS sim game is close enough to RL imo. Each team fouls about 20 times per game irl. It used to be about 22 before the 3pt boom, about 24 in the 80s. In a $52M cap league, teams will draft 2100+ FTM. It's not realistic to attempt that many FT. It's the same as drafting 5 30 ppg scorers; if they're all on the same sim team, their usage & total points will be nerfed by playing with each other.
