Just gonna throw this out there but Butler, Purdue, or Notre Dame could be paired with Indiana State and have Larry Legend on their team ;) I thought about doing it but decided I liked the MST/CM combo better.
Yes, I already mentioned the possible Notre Dame / Indiana State combo. Forgot about Butler and Purdue.

Jeez, all I really have on Kansas is Wilt, Manning and Pierce. Bridges is okay. It's not enough to beat UNC, Kentucky, or Ben's team. Maybe I should give myself Kansas State too so I can grab Blackmon, Beasley, Boozer and Mitch Richmond

I can't believe nobody wants Ohio State. Pretty good start with Lucas and Havlicek who were there at the same time. You also get Cleamons, Derek Anderson, Conley, Jim Jackson, early great Neil Johnston, Koufos, Siegfried, and Herb Williams to help in the locker room.

You inexplicably didn't even draft Embiid. I don't know what more I can say to make the point. Additionally, Kentucky is every bit as formidable as UCLA when we consider the modern players.

LSU has very little compared to those schools. Giving them Mailman still probably doesn't make them a title contender.

Never heard of Embiid, but I see I should have him. Oh well.

I will take the Buckeyes + Bowling Green

also Ben I think the correct answer might have been Wake Forest and Davidson

Ohio State is one of the solo teams, you can't have a combo with them.

That was what I had originally. It was eventually vetoed.

OK then no and PB&J is right about Kansas and could make the same argument about UNC too

Here's my original rules:

I will let owners combine 2 schools from the same state as long as none of the real big teams (North Carolina, Houston, Duke, Georgetown, Indiana, Syracuse, LSU, Ohio State, Michigan, etc..)

Michigan State was part of the etc..

I did not realize that I had to be so precise about all of this. My Fault. I'll add Michigan State to the list.

dont worry about me - I aint going to play in this league and someone has already committed to that combo AND you typed it into the draft list so maybe you weren't all that clear with yourself
