Georgetown and Duke are not available as they were in season 1 already. There was a typo, but this is what it should say:

Season 2 of this league will be more interesting as none of the teams or players from season 1 will be eligible to be in season 2. So the teams will not be nearly as good and we'll all have to field teams with lesser rosters than the first season, although there could be some surprise good teams that nobody came up with in the ongoing first season.

We've played 62 games so far in season 1, so there's 10 days left in the regular season. I would say that all season 2 teams will be combos of 2 colleges either from the same state, or from the same general area, but I'm not going to okay combos from 2 different states that will become a huge powerhouse dominant team that's much better than any other team.

I have my 2 teams picked out already, but some of you guys may want to start thinking about this and do some research.

These are the schools that will NOT be available for season 2.

Alabama
Auburn
California
Central Michigan
Cincinnati
Clemson

Someone could combine Stanford with Santa Clara, which gets you Steve Nash and Kurt Rambis with Stanford.

Indiana State gets you Bird, and they can combine with either Notre Dame or Purdue.

How about a Louisiana Tech / Grambling team with Willis Reed, Jimmy Jones, Karl Malone and Paul Milsap, PJ Brown, Mike Green, Jack Moreland (100% at SF). Randy White, Tom Bowens, Bob Christian, Charles Hardnett, Fred Hilton, Bob Hopkins, Aaron James, Rich Johnson, Larry Wright

A Kansas State / Wichita State team would be fun with Beasley, Blackman, Boozer, Mike and Maurice Evans, Hitch, Richmond, A. Carr, Jabali, Levingston, X Man McDaniel, Stallworth

Iowa / Iowa State gives you Hornacek, Don Nelson, Connie Hawkins and a bunch of other guys to pick from.

Norfolk State gives you Bob Dandridge and Kyle O'Quinn to combine with Virginia. Or you can go Virginia Tech with has a lot of players to go with Virginia.

Providence has good players, Barnes, Wilkins, Thorpe, Croshere, Riordon, Jimmie Walker, DiGregorio who can combine with Rhode Island and bring in Mobley, Odom and Sly Williams.

Villanova has loads of players and they can combine with Temple, or Penn State, or Penn, or Pitt, or another PA school.

Illinois has a bunch of players who can combine with Southern Illinois (Frazier) or Illinois State (Doug Collins, Jeff Wilkins).

Nevada has some players who could combine with UNLV who has lots of players.

Nothing wrong with Georgia / Georgia Tech with Kenny Anderson, Marbury, Mark Price, John Barry, Bosh, Salley, Shandon Anderson, Fleming. Dom Wilkins.

I’ll take Michigan/Central Michigan

I thought Central Michigan was banned because they are being used this current season. Substitute them with Eastern Michigan and you can use Gervin.
