I love Kevon Looney, but that was a big jump for him from the 1st pick of the 9th round last year to the middle of the 5th this year.

I was sort of hoping to pick Horford again for what feels like the 5th time (it's probably not really that many). Love the versatility that he brings, good value for raggedclaws IMO.

I was trending awfully high in fouls, so Horford felt like an especially good fit there

btw robusk - I meant to say that Moncrief was the guy I essentially flipped a coin on with Butler. So I guess great minds do think alike ;)

Holmes was at the top of my SF list, so I am a little disconcerted about the extent to which we seem to be going after the same guys to fill the same holes

Dame versus Curry. This was always going to be the way.

The annoying thing about this draft is that a lot of the owners who I don’t want to be near are stacked on one section of the draft. So lots of what I would see as steals are going to happen on the other side while this section is just cannibalizing one another.

In my opinion, that stuff matters way more than draft slot.

Of the short list of things I currently like about my emerging squad, efg% is not one of them. Blech. Haven't lived the Savage life for a few seasons and am feeling the rust and dust.

Good pull. Barry's just about perfect for your squad, as you don't need me to tell you you you were in desperate need of efficient 3s and supplementary passing. Looking good so far.

i guess you didnt get the memo...mookie is a cancer now and thats why he falls to the 5th

i still think he has a lot of value with the def/stls/mins/3s he brings but i wasnt able to prove it last year with my crappy team...i hope you have better luck...you have a really good defense so far

yea that was a perfect fit...the ash/oscar combo is looking a lot tougher this time compared to season 1s version

Eh, thanks. I thought I felt a wheel jostle loose when I typed Mookie's name into the draft thread. His best (also most expensive) season should fit tolerably well but looking yet again at the rest of his seasons I would agree I reached for him. I was hoping Bledsoe would fall to me. Then again, I was hoping to have more of my hair left by this time in life. Harrumph.
