I am in my ninth season playing HBD and still have not quite mastered pitching fatigue. What does colors indicate in pitching fatigue. I figure red(red) means critical and green(green) is good to go, but what does blue(green) , red(blue) mean?

First number is what a player's energy/fitness level is for the immediate gameday. Second in brackets is what it will be for the next gameday. It's a rudimentary way of helping you project how long a player might have to sit to get back to 100%.

Second in brackets is what it will be for the next gameday -- if the P does not pitch in the immediate gameday. As for the colors, I am not sure what they mean except for the general red is bad, blue is better, green is best. Best thing is just to set the player settings for Ps such that they never come in if they are under 99%.

Colors are based on number thresholds reflecting amount of fatigue.
100 - 90 is green.
89 - 75 is blue.
Below 75 is red.
