4-Hour Rule
It's expected that everybody will be checking in multiple times during the day in order to keep the draft moving. Starting with round 3, if the person due up hasn't made a pick in 4 hours (after his turn came up), then he can legally be skipped and the draft will continue. The 4-hours is paused overnight (11 p.m. thru 10 a.m. Eastern time). So if the previous pick was made at 8:30 pm and the next person up has not picked, the 4-hour rule won't go into effect until 11:30 am the next morning).
