Keep in mind that just because there is a schedule, doesn't mean you need to wait until your scheduled time to pick if we are caught up. If we are ahead of schedule, go ahead and make your pick.

Not to delay things, but wouldn’t firesalt’s 4 hours start after bheid’s pick, since happyhours jumped bheid? No guarantee firesalt would’ve been able to pick until bheid did anyway.

It's not the 4-hour rule being applied here. He missed his 10:30 pm pick, so the 11:00 pm pick can be made. At 11:30 pm, reddtrain can pick.

But you are correct, the 4-hour rule will use bheid's time.
