What is the definition of "being upfront" about your relatives on the site? Would a full length user interview, published by Whatifsports to the world, where you mention your brother and cousin by their whatifsports usernames qualify? Just curious.
Not going to win much sympathy around here doing this.
Ha ok no worries lockwood. I enjoyed playing against you. I get the frustration and I know everyone is enjoying the drama. But calling something an "exploit" doesn't make it so. I stumbled on something I thought was strange, asked CS about it, and they (albeit half-heartedly) answered my question about how the game works. And in doing so never implied I was doing something wrong, let alone that it was even an unintended part of the game design. You can call it a "loophole" if you like (even that I might quibble with because like I said, it actually kind of makes sense from a simulation perspective), but if you do, you must classify all these other little quirks of the game like redshirting seniors and promising ineligibles minutes the same way. They made a recent change to how promises to ineligibles work such that you need to honor them the following year. That change makes sense to me. I think they handled that one the correct way...changed the game and told everyone how it works now, without calling anyone a cheater. I actually heard yesterday that all international recruits will always accept a redshirt? I didn't know that. It probably shouldn't work like that, but I'm certainly not going to call anyone who's done it a cheater.
