Confused. How can you make your 8th round pick before the 7th?
Because of the salary ranges. If there is no one left in front of you in that range you are allowed to make that pick.
So, just so I understand correctly, if you are picking the final player in a salary range, even if you have other selections before that, you can use the final round pick on that selection proactively? It makes sense on paper, but I am excusing myself for speaking up, as it can be quite confusing.
