They are lost picks. As the draft progresses the talent level continues to drop and there is still no guarantee that you are going to get better players from other seasons. The more times thru each season, the more "good" players will be blacklisted.
This is the first time I have run this Theme by seasons. It will be something I will have to look at as a "loophole" if I run it this way again.
