any interest in an Era Draft League? Instead of a a straight 10 year decade, we could do an ERA league. For example, the Magic-Bird Era... instead of a straight 10 year 80s draft... the Magic-Bird Era would run from 79-80 to 91-92. It a twist on the 80s decade league that adds a few years for some fresh players. It's still a draft league, just adds/shifts the years a bit.
