Yes, like basketball I don't like how they do the fatigue in this sim. I don't believe in basing season fatigue on how many minutes or PA or IP the player had in real life. The short term fatigue is fine for the pitchers, but I don't buy that a basketball player who averaged 4 mins per game is gonna be fatigued in the next game 2-3 days later because he played 12 minutes one night. No NBA player is gonna be fatigued for the next game because he played 12 minutes.
And I also don't buy that a bench player in baseball who only got 76 real life PA is now gonna be fatigued in July because he now has 79 PA for the season. There needs to be leeway with season long fatigue for baseball. Any player who had at least likr 500 PA in a season should be get as many as possible in the sim. And part times who had like 150 PA in real life should not get fatigued AT ALL if you give him 200 PA in the sim.
All of these guys player major roles when they were in the minor leagues, and college, and high school, etc...they all should have no problem at all playing like 25% more often than they did in real life.
And they should have more regular injuries like they do in real life, which tests a team's depth. Position players who played less than like 155 games should go down for 1-5 games every so often. Starting pitchers that three under 200 innings or so should go down for 1-3 starts sometimes.
