Okay guys, new idea. If you're tired of the same old Kareem-Wilt-LeBron-Jordan-Stockton-Durant leagues with the same old superstars making all the all star teams and winning all the MVP's, this is the league for you. A draft league where only players who NEVER had any season with a salary of $7 million or more are eligible.

So not only will every player in the league make under $7 million for the season that is being used, but no player who has ANY season with a salary of $7 million or more is eligible at all. This will force us all to be very creative with our rosters, and also to use lots of players who rarely get used in other leagues.

All players are unique, no clones, no waivers, no rookies, no trades. No injuries. Salary cap will be $85 million, but really there is no salary cap, because every player will make under $7 million, so no way to get to $85 million.

Draft will be ABAB with 2 picks apiece in the last round. So everybody gets 5 exclusive players, and then fills out the rest of the team with 7 non exclusive players.

There will be zero superstars in this league because every superstar has a season somewhere with a salary of $7 million or more, which makes him ineligible for this league.

abababab is same thing as a snake draft. Whomever gets 1st pick in 1st round has last pick in 2nd

Whoever picks first in the odd rounds then picks last in the even rounds, and vice versa. Whoever has last pick in rounds 1,3,5,7,9 then has first pick in rounds 2, 4, 6, 8, 10.

You'll know ahead of time when your picks will come up. You can leave picks with me, or someone else if you won't be around when your pick comes up. Or you can give me your cell number and I'll contact you when your pick comes up. There's lots of ways to handle it.

I would be interested, I don't want to do a forum draft though. I am still new, and I am not a fan of that yet. My buddies and I are going to try to start our own theme league with very similar idea to this, but you draft like normal.
