I'm not embarrassed. I changed my mind. I am allowed to do that. You assume that your opinion somehow carries more weight here than others. You're just another grain of sand that blew in. You had opinions before you knew anything about this site. You hadn't taken the time to kick the tires before you rode it into the ground. Only with our help do you know some of this, yet you continue to pick it apart. It sucks. We spend countless hours testing, passing along what we've learned. Do you appreciate it? Doesn't seem so, you just treat it like a doormat. We like it here, despite its faults, and the long wait for an upgrade. Your attitude stinks.

What about spitballs? Gaylord Perry must be rolling over in the grave... Why can't Big Unit make a bird explode with a heater? The fact that my George Brett can’t put time par halfway up is that is beyond ridiculous. And I tried giving my big Mac some HGH but he’s still not hitting home runs like I feel like he should.

We just lost 10-5. Corridon and Elmer Brown both got hammered. We're back down to .500 now at 8-8. We got 4 runs against Morgan in 6 innings and then another run off of clone Morgan (I hate this clone bullshit).

They built a 4-0 lead on us after 3 innings with Morgan the pitcher homering. By the way, real life Cy Morgan never hit a HR in his entire career. Nice simulation. Coleman now has 6 triples in 70 AB. In real life he had 10 triples in over 600 AB. They banged out 13 hits against us. We had 15 hits, but 14 of them were singles with one double. Boudreau with 4 hits, Cochrane with 3.

The box score does not give you the team LOB number, just individual LOB numbers for each batter, which of course you can't add up to get the team's total, but I think we left 12 guys on base. At least we are heading home to 1976 Yankee Stadium.

at 8-8 we'd be in first place in 2 other divisions, but where we are we are 2 games back. We just lost 3 of 4 to one of the 10-6 teams in our division, now we play a 4 game series against the other 10-6 team, although their RD is at zero. They are 4-0 in one run games.

First game of the series we face John Denny (1-1, 3.14) We have our #1 starter going, Roy Mitchell (1-0, 4.85). Berra catches and Buxton plays CF to rest Cochrane and Speaker. Chad Allen starts in LF as he will see his first action of the season.

We've been winning close games and games with normal scores, but we've also been blown out a few times already, including just now. Target hammered Russ Ford and Roger McDowell in an 11-3 win. They tacked on 5 runs in the top of the phucking 9th.

They had 13 hits and 6 walks against us. Pitiful. Five guys in their lineup had at least 2 hits with Tom Daly stroking 3 hits to raise his average up to whopping .188. One of the guys with 2 hits was their pitcher, Donovan, who scored 2 runs and had an RBI. Real life 1961 Dick Donovan hit .179.

We scored our 3 runs on an RBI infield single by Cullenbine in the third and then got 2 in the 8th as The Grey Eagle put a charge into one for a 2 run HR.


Dick Donovan mowed us down, allowing just 2 hits and one run in 7 innings. We're back to .500 again at 9-9, but our RD of minus 25 says that we are a .369 team. Luckily we are 4-1 in one run games. How long is Stretch McCovey not gonna hit already? He had incredible MVP season in 1969 with a 1.108 OPS, but after 18 games for us he's at 6 phucking seventy nine.

Battle of lefties next as they have Jerry Reuss (2-1, 2.63) going against our best so far, Geoff Zahn (2-1, 2.18).

Position players all back to 100 except for Gates Brown.
