In League 2, I decided to use an unconventional 2-man tandem rotation for my 1899-1924 Reds. Tandem 1 is '04 Noodles Hahn and '15 Fred Toney and Tandem 2 is '24 Eppa Rixey and '23 Dolf Luque. This is working quite well as the Reds are playing just under .600 baseball with 58 wins through 97 games. The interesting part is that Dolf Luque is 30-1!! in 48 games pitched with 0 games started. He is on pace for 50 wins. You won't find him in the top 25 for OAV, OBP, SLG, or WHIP, and he squeezes in at 22 in ERA. So he isn't pitching lights out or anything, just right place right time. He is also the Cy Young favourite right now as no one comes within 10 wins of him. The pitcher that does come the closest in wins is Fred Toney, who is 20-6 and 2nd in Cy Young voting, The Sim BBWAA loves their wins in Cy Young voting. Also funny to note that poor Eppa Rixey, who has started every single one of Luque's starts, is 0-10. We will see if this Luque luck continues
