Parking can't use Seaver as a Hired Gun, only Stroh23 can have Seaver as a Hired Gun, and he would still have to trade for the 1980 version. You can only have hired guns that played for your team and position in 1970 if they are no longer in the league in 1980 or you own the 1980 version. Seaver played on the Mets in 1970, so only the Stroh23 who drafted the Mets pitching can have Seaver as a hired gun, but since Seaver is still in the league in 1980 and not on the Mets, Stroh would have to trade for him before selecting his hired gun.
