Trying to plan my draft. I have 11:30am pick which is generally a tough time for me to follow along. Going forward is the plan to make just one pick at a time from the anchor? I will simply plan accordingly. I’ve given proxies to the guys right after me at this point.
I thought we skipped a pick and was waiting on that.
Gotcha. As it turns out we did not skip a pick ( one that was skipped already caught up), and the rules we are using do not require us to wait at the end of a round to catch up skipped picks. I know that is the rule in some other drafts, but as posted on page 1:
--We will do one round of drafting per day. Every round (including Round 1) will be ON THE CLOCK, meaning you can be skipped if you miss your draft slot time. Each owner gets a half hour draft slot from 9 am to 8:30 pm EST. If you miss your slot, you can be skipped, and make up the pick later in the draft. You can continue to be skipped even when the drafting starts the next day of picks.
The intention there was to indicate that we will not wait at the end of a round for skipped picks to be caught up. Sorry if that wasn't clear and I'll change the wording for future drafts to be more explicit.
