I am unfamiliar with how progressive leagues work, can I get a quick run down please?

You keep the same players from season to season.
They each advance to their next season.
You cut useless players and retiring players.
Each new season you draft the incoming rookies, cut players, and any unused players

So for this season, the players would all be 2015-2016 players, and rookies who were drafted in 2015?

Players will all be from 15-16 and rookies will be players who were rookies in 15-16.

Teams with the 1st, 6th, 7th, 8th best lottery odds all available. Stacked draft too!

Philly has the best lottery odds in a stacked draft, Jimmy Butler, Bradley Beal, and some good pieces. Great rebuild team that should be one of the best teams in the league quickly.

Portland just won 60 games, has prime James Harden, Draymond is entering his best season, and good surrounding pieces.
