Deivi, IMO, and it isn't really that close. Designate him and hope someone picks him up as he is expensive and getting worse with every ratings cycle. The first two are younger and still have options. The last one is out of options that you may lose. I'd rather have the $2.5M back if someone does pick Deivi up and would try and save those options for a rainy day...
Unfortunately, if no one does pick him up, you are paying him $2.5M this year and next to sit in your minors (with players like this I always make sure to have the last year a mutual option just in case it comes to this so the last year's buyout is 1/4 of that amount), but I still think it's better than the alternative.
