Update:

Starting with the 4th round, everyone will have 48 hours to submit ballots. Most ballots will only consist of 2-3 players so 48 hours should be plenty of time.

Once we have only 5 outstanding ballots, I send a reminder to those 5 owners of the deadline and how much time is remaining. I also ask them to sitemail me if they need a short extension. If I don't get a response by the deadline, they will be skipped that round.
