That's exactly what I mean -- it's not just getting good-ditr-candidate players on your team, it's getting players the playing time needed, it's coaching, it's using the proper promtion strategies, limiting injuries and it's making sure those low-makeup-rating players aren't on your team. It's a lot of work. I likely spend much more time than most other hbd players because I manually run my minor leagues to make sure all of this is in tip-top. Most people dont/won't do that.
Some people might see some of my ditr success and think, "must be nice", but it is a lot of sweat. Trust me.
