This is the second draft in a row that everything went off the rails. Really regret not taking Vucevic over Boerwinkle - but personal bias got in the way. That changed the rest of my picks and I ended up reaching on many - oh well.

i tend to agree looking back if i had a do over i may have changed my 3rd and 4th round picks which would have changed what i did the rest of the draft.

The fun thing is that we all agreed to do 6 leagues and will all get a do over in the 45M really soon!

The 45 is going to be wild. My ODL teams are usually hanging on by bubble gum and scotch tape. I assume this league will be more about what team is falling apart the least.

I order to finish all six leagues by the end of 2023, we do need to go at a pretty decent pace, however I think I finished a schedule that should minimize how many leagues will be playing at one time. We will never have more than two regular seasons going at once. So the third draft will not start until after the regular season of the 55 concludes. In future years, we will never have more than one regular season going on at once.

I was happy to see Wilt go before 5. Didn’t think I could pass on him, but it’s going to be a tough build at $45M that I’m glad I don’t have to make.

Agreed. I’m scared to death of trying wilt in the ODL so I’m glad dh didn’t make me try with even less money. Giannis will be fun although it was a tough decision between him and jokic. In the end I think giannis gives me slightly more flexibility with his defense and having multiple options for what position to play.

So I have only ever done the ODL once and it was years ago (it was my first ever draft league). I also have only done one open league ever so I have no idea what I am doing as far as target minutes go So be prepared to feast on my horrible team this season too.

Even at this Cap? That's my target for higher caps too. My usual goal is 19295-19680 but I figured with the cap being lower the better teams would be stretching that number down and dealing with the fatigue

I feel like in the ODL if you get to 19.4k you won’t have a headache every time you see your fatigue. But with 2 less million I assume that’s probably not going to happen.

so I’m just going to hope I can get above 19.3k so I don’t die on the inside while my players die on the court.

I am still going to shoot for 19300 personally. Ben will probably shoot for less, he can handle the stress of minute management much better than I can. So I guess it depends on the user.

I am interested to see where people focus their money. Stats will have to be sacrificed but which ones?
