255 mil team was trash (which I expected as I have literally 0 high cap experience). Now they have won 10 of 11 and I'm still in the cellar but only 5 back of the WC spot. Crazy.

After 7/6pm2's Schwarze, I got my 3rd Mauch last night and a 1-5 this morning. Now 16 under overall. FML!

I’ve come to the conclusion that game-by-game management and setting up matchups is futile. The SIM is going to do whatever it wants regardless. Might as well just put everything on autopilot for the season - the results won’t be any different.

Still blows my team that a team with '15 Kershaw, '15 Greinke, '15 Price and '15 Jansen, among others, has the 3rd worst record in the entire theme. At $100M, that shouldn't happen. Even if I had the most garbage lineup possible (which I don't).

My futility in 1 run games continues. Would have had a schwarze this morning if not for a 5-4 loss, giving up a run in the 8th and a run in the 10th to lose it. I'm 3-8 in one-run games since Schwarze posted his analysis showing I'm the worst 1-run team in this tournament.

Odd: all 6 of my teams are currently in 2nd place.

That includes teams in the playoff hunt as well as my miserable $100m team. 37-54, 23 games back in the AL West, yet still beating out 2 division rivals.

I never learn. Wrote my midseason analysis of my teams after 81 games. Since then, I've had five 1-5 sessions and only one session better than 3-3.

I estimate it will take one more session before barracuda3 passes me up. It's amazing how quickly a 14-game lead can disappear, when you string together a bunch of 1-5 sessions.

I estimate it will take one more session before barracuda3 passes me up.  It's amazing how quickly a 14-game lead can disappear, when you string together a bunch of 1-5 sessions.

I knew I shouldn't have started building round 2 rosters yet. Maybe if I delete those rosters, the Karma Gods will be forgiving.
