Next List
Favorite Movie Series - 3 or more movies.
It is not in my list because I never saw any but Bourne would have probably made my list.
10 - no order

1. James Bond
2. Rocky
3. Back To The Future
4. Old Tarzan
5. Ghostbusters - 1 and 2 and the new one
6. Austin Power
7. Old Sherlock Holmes
8. Old Dick Tracy
9. Batman
10. Spider-Man - Toby McGuire trilogy
8/15/2023 9:26 AM (edited)
definitely agree on Bond, and Back to the Future. I kind of lost interest in Rocky after the first 3. Ghostbusters1 and 2 were good. Haven't seen the new one. Like Batman (although you can have Clooney and Afleck) Like Spider-Man. Think the new guy is good too. No fan of Andrew Garfield. Austin Powers were hilarious, as were at least a couple of the Shreks (speaking of Mike Myers). Haven't really seen any of the older series.

if you want to start reading a writer you never heard of try #19. Definitely one of the top 10 writers in the fields of mystery horror pulp noir fantasy thriller.

He will end up as a legend a la Jim Thompson and Fredrik Brown.

22. Donald Trump speech writers. Starting with American Carnage.
speaking of Joe Lansdale, have you seen the series based on his Hap and Leonard series of novels? I think it is on Netflix, but I could be wrong. It's okay, but the books are much better (not really horror, but I do really like them). The TV show is missing a lot of the humor of the books.
