My top two are off the board, so it might take me a little bit. One more question, for the purposes of filling out our rosters, do the 1901-1902 Baltimore Orioles count as eligible fillers for the New York Highlanders?

I'm going to say yes because it looks like the Highlanders were the only one that was not in the league in 01 and 02. Other went through name changes and city changes, but were there in some capacity. It'll be good when these get filtered out eventually. hahah!

I think on the next season I will hold the draft a couple days after the draft positions are released to give people some time to do their research. then we can make the draft throughout one or two evenings.

Does that sound good?

I wonder who will fall to me at #16? Where’s Walter Johnson when you need him?

okay by me. It really makes no difference when you start the draft if you are "off the clock" as people must follow the person ahead of them. The only way to get a draft to move is to set time and date slots that if the drafter misses his time, his slot goes to the next person (the original can jump in when he is ready). Most drafts start "off the clock" and then move to timed to speed things up if necessary.

I wasn't trying to slow things down. I signed up for this league yesterday... needed to do a little research.

That being said, I'm going to take the NEW YORK HIGHLANDERS.

Another (3) questions, my last (I hope).
1). If a player is listed in BR on a roster and he cannot be twisted and is not eligible in WIS - and there are not 25 other WIS players eligible for that year, can that "open" slot be filled by one of the three previous rosters of that team (possibly even the same player) ?
2) If a player is WIS eligible only in the year in play (ie 1904) but cannot be twisted am I allowed to not keep him and pick someone else from one the previous three seasons without using a "twist"?
3) If a player is on the BR roster for the year in play (ie 1904) but not eligible in WIS that year, but can be twisted to another WIS year when he is eligible, do I have to keep him and count him as one of my twisted players?

I know I am getting tiresome, but just made an observation. I am not sure about player exclusivity rules, but if I am allowed to go back three years to pick a player from my team to fill my roster, I may very likely pick a player who after that year may have played with another team in 1904 and show up on their roster. (Example Jake Stahl, C Bos Americans 1903, C Washington Senators 1904).

Stuck between two teams, I’ll have my pick up a little after the Napoli match.
a fellow European soccer fan! Didn't watch but I saw Osimhen got two more goals today, what a player

Boston Americans for us

I parlayed Brentford FC, Brighton, and Napoli +590 46.46 paid 321.50ish. The sick thing is I thought about adding Tottenham. (won 2-0 @+280)

A three game parlay is to much, nevermind a four. Take what we can!!!!! I sprinkled Inter Milan, PSG +145. Milan won 2-0? PSG was up 1-0 in the 87th minute about and gave up a penalty. Ultimately a goal.

I know there is a chance of that happening which is why I set the rules for AB's and WHIP limits. You can get decent utility players and relievers but you're not going to get everyday starters.
