Now that my streak has been broken, I can talk about it without worrying about jinxing it. Does anyone happen to know what the longest win streak in Savage history was?
how many games did it end at?

42-6 is ridiculous in savage...fanduel already locked any futures bets for that team
21…Savage ;)
Just tied my own record. 42-2 in the last 44. And knowing my luck, I’m going to get swept in the semi conference finals.
Unbelievable man. What an awesome awesome team.
I did a deep dive on that team to try and learn something about roster building and draft strategy. Really impressive.

It started when I noticed Fivel Goes West TS% in your spreadsheet with a really good D and rebounding team. When I looked at the draft, I've always been afraid of Harden because of the volume TO's. I liked the Chandler pick and after that I thought a lot of the picks were just ok. I like Wallace, but worried about assists. And Westbrook has always really scared me. So what I learned is to not be so restrictive in draft approaches (D, Reb, TO's, efficiency, shooting, etc) and to be more flexible in my approach as the draft plays out . db clearly showed you can overcome the TO's surrounding Harden with high eFG and plenty of boards. And I'm probably over drafting assists. I've been afraid to get to close to 50 - but he and you as well have had plenty of success going low and getting value elsewhere.

We have almost identical assist numbers. You have 26.8/100 possessions and I have 26.2. dBKC has way more than both of us at 29.0. I don't think you are overdrafting assists. Any less than you have and I think you will have problems.

I was referring to the drafted assist %, albeit with a small sample size (only looking at one of dBKC's team and maybe one of yours.) My starting lineups are 69, 62.3, 61.2, 60.2 and 76.9. If my assist result is the same as you and dBKC's - that's even more telling to me about my draft strategy/roster building. I wasted draft capital on assists and I'm getting no benefit from it.

I play Harden and Westbrook together quite a bit. Even on teams where one begins the game on the bench, they usually play at least 16mins together a minimum. Plus Vince/Mason/O’Quinn. Horace isn’t a bad passer. I don’t feel like I understaffed assists, personally.

Also, I don’t think my teams are worth analyzing at this point. I’m only in 3rd place overall.

Ahh. What are your minutes adjusted numbers though? I can't tell but your bench doesn't seem too crazy. I definitely always try and stay above 50%. My SL averages right around 55% and my minutes adjusted is 58%.

Also some of that is shot making. Your assists may end up being 5-10% higher but my fg% is also a couple points higher which results in a net even assist total.

My analysis shows that between Fivel Goes West, Hawaii 5-0, and Mambo #5: dB likes to put his best players on the team with the payoff/punchline name.

Oddly enough, while it may be the world where you have the most finals (3) it is not the world where you have the most 'ships. That would be W2 with 2. You've only won W5 once. You are undefeated in W2 finals appearances.

W5 is by far my worst world historically. Only 1 finals appearance ever and getting my *** kicked there this season, likely missing the playoffs yet again.

minutes adjusted you mean including bench prorated for the full 48? If so the assists are a bit lower. 64, 60, 65, 61, 64. And completely agree on the shot making, one area I should focus on more than getting extra assists.

For your best team I had your starting 5 at 51.8% assists. More a reflection on my view, but I have worried that's too low. You teams are showing it's not. In a league as competitive as Savage players rarely meet their IRL TS%, but yours is still great. Starters about 62.5% TS IRL and performing at close to 60% TS so far.

The numbers say I have a slightly favorable division draw for the first time in forever in Savage (at least going by division wins). However, my winning % within my divisions is significantly lower than outside my divisions... so who knows wtf to think?

I have decent high ast% for the full 48 minutes and am, on average, shooting way below what I thought I should be. I didn’t do the the ast% on purpose, but I might as well be running 53% instead of 65-70%.

i think that perhaps I should quit trying to be cute with usage and just draft more of it. It really feels like I’m hitting individual possession penalties constantly. Idk. Not going to do too much analysis on it.
