Fun fact: On my second team in this league, I drafted 13 hitters. Every single one of them hit at least 23 home runs and struck out more than 100 times. This was not part of any strategy whatsoever.

Prior to my last two picks (which are coming up soon, I hope), my Yaz/Piazza/McGwire team has 400 real-life HRs in 4922 ABs, a rate of 8.1%, or roughly 45 HRs per 550 ABs. Of course, that includes bench guys since I can't start all four Piazzas or all four McGwires. When I add my last two starting batters, this HR rate will drop to about 7.1% or 39 HRs per 550 ABs.
