Well, two comments: 1) really unnecessary precision on your values there, makes it hard to read 2) not really enough statistical categories but...

off of what you posted I would bet good money that #2 is the superior team.

It only imports that way for some reason. In excel I keep it to two numbers. Team two also has a higher FTA48 (if there’s a better way to calculate foul rate I don’t know it) and ft%. Team two is the 16-5 team and I was expecting it to be better but I thought it would be close. Obviously this comes down to a combo of variance and schedule but I really didn’t think these two teams had very dissimilar stats.

Obviously you have to factor in division draw. In a neutral division, I think team two is always going to be a couple games better than team one. All that can get exacerbated by tough divisions / ones with teams that match up especially poorly.

The reason it is pasting weird is what you are seeing in the cell in Excel is a factor of cell size and not formatting. If you change the number formatting to reflect what you want it will paste properly.

My experiment to focus a lot more on offense/shooting has been a fail. My PPG is average, which i suppose is up compared with the last 5-8 seasons. But I was going for top 5. Turning the ball over way too much, fouling too much. Traded missed shots for TO's. ugh. dBKC and Ben seem to have figured it out, but it's early and we'll see if it holds through conference play.

Back to the drawing board next time. I hope we wait for the new players to introduce some variance.

Seems to me that the reason my team might be *** is that my 12th round pick is playing the 5th most minutes of anyone on my squad. Just ran the numbers and that is way too much Rasheed. My 5th round pick is playing the 3rd least... every single time I fall in this trap with Timelord. Also the seasons I chose are supposed to shoot 35% not 29% man, wtf!

Right now it looks like dBKC and 24kpyrite will run away with regular season wins and both will probably get all 5. 24k looks like he has 1 real solid 'ship contender and dBKC has 2. ben, steelers, jhsukow, jcred5, ty84moss, edsortails, Midge and raggedclaws also look to have a 'ship contender or two.

dBKC and 24kpyrite probably the heavy favorites at this point followed by ben and raggedclaws followed by jcred5 followed by the field.

Of course, we gotta get a full out of conference cycle. There were some real red flags with out of division play round one. Almost 30 wins difference between the hardest draws and the weakest.

I’m not letting you reverse-jinx yourself that easily, Mr. 5-in the playoffs and 2nd most wins. You’re my favorite to win the whole thing
