My apologies as I did not catch your draft time change. All is good as we both got the player we wanted in this round. Schwarze, my apologies to you as well if the election order was slightly out of balance. These things happen from time to time.

I see that bigsteve12 has still not made his first-round pick and we haven't heard anything from him since the draft started.

I don't want him to miss out entirely. His biggest need seems to be PA in the OF. So, I am going to draft OF Mark Kotsay for him. If he wants to come on later and change that pick, I will allow it, but only until the end of today only. [Any longer than that and someone might feel they were deprived out of getting an OF by the switch.]

I agree that a pick should be made for bigsteve12 and Kotsay is a reasonable choice. However allowing him to change the pick later is problematic. Somebody else might need an OF and will pick a different OF at some point in the future, only to have Kotsay be made available after that pick, allowing somebody else to take Kotsay...

I say give him Kotsay and lock it in.
