That's fine. Limit of two teams per owner for the 70 mil- no rules theme.

Please try to make the 2nd team unique with the core players, OL and DEF-- all being different than your 1st team entered. There is plenty out there even if you want to run the same style of team for both.

FYI- The draft league will be paused until there is enough new interest to make it a more efficient process again. I'm quite fine letting it sit. It was laborious, but also very enjoyable.

We will need to realign the owners with 2 teams to have 1 team in each conference. The schedule runs at about 1130 am and pm each day, so it’s possible a schedule may generate before we can properly realign. In this scenario, you will get 2 emails saying the league is full and ready to go. Games are soon! Only took 2 months to fill. Not bad.

Awesome, thanks coolmay_one! We are Full. For the realignment--

just 2 changes made- Four horsemen switches divisions with NSYNC. And Roll'n Thunder switches with Reserve Units. This spreads the 2 team owners out in different conferences and different division mates in both. Games by Wed or Thurs AM!

biggest D: Night City Raiders 1954 Cleveland Browns, with a 91 vs run and 78 vs pass
(my 54 Eagles 84-80 with 97 sack not too far behind)
smallest D: NSNYC 1966 Vikings, with a 44 vs run and 51 vs pass

I went VERY cheap on all special teams; <1.9 Mil Spec Tm; P and K both under 400K. So that left $33M for defense and $34M for offense. Hence, I expect this season to finish high in the standings in yards per game gained, *and* in few yards per game allowed; but whether that translates to POINTS and WINS is the question.

Due to lack of interest. I'm shutting this down. I'm sure it could fill, but I don't want to wait 2 months and having to breathe life into it. Thanks to napolean and PsychoWarper for joining.

The 70 mil idea is a good product. Defense makes every league better in creating more parity. Quality leagues have balance and strategy. More ways to win than just the unimaginative extreme offense with the same roster every time. Its not impressive or what the spirit of the game should be. Similar to a video game when you find out the cheat code or an unstoppable play. The game is never the same at that point. The mystery and creativity are gone. This is partly why people leave WIS football and never come back, or play the other WIS games with zero interest in football. The other reason is no sim updates or adjustments to the salaries. Offensive units and elite offensive players should cost much more to balance things out. Or reduce the good-to-great elite DEF unit cost. I digress. Haha.

For years, people have mentioned having a salary minimum of your Def. Perhaps, a Def with a salary no less than 23 mil could do that. I can immediately see 10 teams with the 52 Packers in that theme scenario! And for every Aaron Rodgers out there- try winning a SB with Chad Pennington, Marcus Mariotta or Andy Dalton. Much more rewarding. Even losing Super Bowls with Jeff George, Johnny U, Marc Bulger or Chris Chandler is far more enjoyable in my opinion.

Anyways, we can enjoy what is left of the current season. Good luck to all. Thank goodness baseball and hoops dynasty do not have these challenges.
